By Road: Dharamshala is well-connected by road, and you can reach there by bus or taxi from nearby cities like Delhi, Chandigarh, and Pathankot. Delhi is 500 Km from Dharamshala. You can take a direct bus from Delhi’s Inter-State Bus Terminal (ISBT) or hire a taxi which will take you 10-12 hours, depending on the traffic and road conditions. Dharamshala is approximately 250 kilometres away from Chandigarh. Regular bus services and taxis are available from Chandigarh to Dharamshala.
