Then Bali Pass Trek is one of the most alluring and challenging passes in Uttarakhand Himalayas which offer some of the most scenic vistas you have ever seen. This amazing trekking trail will take you to see lofty Himalayan Peaks such as Bandarpoonch, Kalanag and Swargarohini Peaks. The soothing confluence of Tons and Ruinsara river and the untouched serenity of Ruinsara Valley, lush greenery of Devsu Thach would feel like a never-ending nectar of euphoria from heaven. Day 01: Dehradun – Sankri
Drive: 187 km / 08 hrs Altitude: 1,950 m – Sankri

- Morning meet in Dehradun and drive to Sankri via Mussoorie.
- En route visit the Kempti Fall.
- Reach Sankri by early evening.
- Overnight stay in Guest House.
Day 02: Sankri – Taluka – Seema
Drive: 12 km / 01 hrs  , Trek: 14 km / 05-06 hrs, Altitude: 2,560 m – Seema

- Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast.
- Enjoy bumpy drive through the forest road till Taluka.
- Start the trek from Taluka along with the Supin river.
- The trek is quite pleasant, under the shade of Walnut, Pine and Cedar trees.
- Reach Seema Village in the evening.
- Overnight stay in tent.
Day 03: Seema – Roiltia / Waterfall Camp
Trek: 13 km / 06 hrs, Altitude: 3,350 m – Roiltia

- Today after breakfast, start the day by heading up towards Osla village.
- Osla is the last village on the route to Har ki Dun.
- From Osla the trail gradually rises higher and the river can be seen far below.
- An ascend through the deodar trees leads to beautiful meadow – Devsu Thatch.
- From here can see Black Peak (6,387m) – the highest peak in the region and the beautiful Har Ki Dun Valley.
- Descend down from the meadow and enter the Ruinsara Valley.
- Reach Roiltia and camp beside the stream close to waterfall.
- Overnight stay in tent.
Day 04: Roiltia – Ruinsara Lake
Trek: 04 km / 02 hrs, Altitude: 3,600 m – Ruinsara Lake

- After breakfast head towards Ruinsara Lake.
- The beautiful lake is surrounded by the meadow and Rhododendron bushes.
- Enjoy the mesmerizing views from the campsite. One can see Yamuna Kanta (the pass which takes you to Yamunotri), Banderpunch Peak, Dumdar Kandi, Black Peak, White Peak.
- Overnight stay in tent.
Day 05: Ruinsara Lake – Rest & Acclimatize
- The day is reserved for rest & acclimatize before reaching Bali Pass base camp.
- One can trek towards the Banderpunch Glacier or Kyarkoti – base camp for Kalanag (Black Peak) and Dumdar Kandi Pass.
- Overnight stay in tent.
Day 06: Ruinsara Lake – Odari
Trek: 04 km / 03-04 hrs, Altitude: 4,100 m – Odari
- Start early today to reach the base camp before afternoon.
- The trail goes through the forest and river crossing.
- After crossing river walk uphill to another beautiful meadow – Thanga.
- This meadow also offers amazing views of Swargarohini ranges.
- Soon reach Odari – means naturally made rock cave.
- It is believed that Bali (brother of Hanuman) stayed here for one night.
- The temperature at night tend to go to sub-zero degrees as we camp below Bali Pass along a glacial moraine.
- Overnight stay in tent.
Day 07: Odari – Bali Pass – Upper Dhamni
Trek: 15 km / 07 hrs, Altitude: 4,900 m – Bali Pass, 4,000 m – Upper Dhamni
- Start very early today as the day to cross the Bali pass, we strive to reach the summit by 08AM.
- The trail heads down south over a ridge.
- It is a short but steep climb up to the pass and lot of glacial scree will be encountered here.
- On reaching to the pass, enjoy the breath-taking view of Yamunotri Valley, Bandarpunch Peaks, Dokrani Bamak, Barua Top.
- Also see hints of Saptrishi Kund – origin of river Yamuna.
- Descend carefully through a connecting ridge and reach the camping grounds of upper Dhamni.
- Overnight stay in tent.
Day 08: Upper Dhamni – Yamunotri – Janki Chatti
Trek: 16 km / 06 hrs, Altitude: 2,400 m – Janki Chatti
- Have breakfast and head towards the famous shrine of Yamunotri – dedicated to Goddess Yamuna.
- The trail passes through the forest and merges into a cemented path.
- Pay the visit to the temple and head down on the conventional pilgrim road to Janki Chatti.
- Overnight stay in Guest House.
Day 09: Janki Chatti – Dehradun
Drive: 180 km / 06-07 hrs
- Today have an early breakfast.
- Say goodbye to the supporting staff and drive back to Dehradun.
