Day 1: Arrive at Srinagar
- Arrive at Srinagar, the capital city of Jammu and Kashmir.
- Transfer to the pre booked hotel/houseboat and check in.
- Evening go for a walk round the boulevard Road, that lies on the scenic Dal Lake.
- Enjoy Shikara Ride on the scenic Dal Lake.
- Dinner & overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day 2: Srinagar – Local Sightseeing
- After breakfast get ready for the local sightseeing tour of Srinagar.
- Visit all the famous places in Srinagar;
- Shalimar Bagh – Abode of Love
- Nishat Bagh – Garden of Pleasure
- Chasme Shahi
- Shankaracharya Temple
- Pari Mahal – The Places of Fairies
- Dinner & overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day 3: Srinagar – Pahalgam (100 Kms / 3 Hrs)
- After breakfast drive to Pahalgam – The Valley of Shepherds also known as the ‘Trekker’s Paradise’.
- En-route visit Saffron Fields and Awanthipur Ruins (1100 yrs old temple of Lord Vishnu).
- Upon arrival at Pahalgam, check in to hotel.
- After lunch proceed for excursion trip to following places (on your own);
- Chandanwadi – Starting point of Amarnath Yatra.
- Betab Valley – Named after the Sunny Deol & Amrita Singh starrer film, Betaab.
- Aru Valley – Noted for its scenic meadows. Also, the base for trekking to Kolahoi Glacier, Tarsar-Marsar Lakes and Katrinag Valley.
- Dinner & overnight stay at Pahalgam.
Note: Outside vehicles are not allowed for sightseeing in Pahalgam. Only local taxi can roam around the city. Outside vehicle allowed to pick up & drop from hotel.
Day 4: Pahalgam – Gulmarg (140 Kms / 4 Hrs)
- Today proceed to Gulmarg the ‘Meadow of Flowers’ ideally known as the ‘Skiing Capital’ of the country.
- Enjoy the drive past colourful villages & rice fields.
- On reaching, check in to hotel and spend the evening at leisure.
- Dinner & overnight stay at Gulmarg.
Day 5: Gulmarg – Srinagar (60 Kms / 2-3 Hrs)
- After breakfast go for the Gandola Ride (Cable Car) to Khilangmarg.
- Explore the stunning beauty of Kashmir Valley.
- Optional activities to do like pony ride, bird watching, romantic walk & golf.
- Return to Gulmarg base after an hour and drive to Srinagar.
- Dinner & overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day 6: Srinagar Departure
Morning transfer to Srinagar airport / railway station for your journey back home.
